While we bill any insurance company, Fairlawn Family Dental is in network with the following insurance companies:

Each individual insurance policy is different so we cannot guarantee what your specific policy may cover. For more extensive dental work we can file with your insurance for a pre-estimate which allows both the dental office and the patient to see exactly what insurance will pay and in turn what the patient will owe.
